Here's how this goes.
Players spend money for rank.
Sos changes reward
Group 1 spends regardless, hoping they update rewards to what it was day 1
Group 2 doesn't spend until they update rewards to what it was day 1.
Group 3 doesn't spend until they update rewards to what it was day 1.

Sos changes back rewards stage 4 or so. 🤭

Group 2 spends. And spends in excess buying multiple $100 bundles to get the same rank as someone who spends only on ONE $100 bundle.
Group 3 says, F it, it's not worth it at this point.

They don't update rewards to what it was.
Group 1 lost out
Group 2&3 played it smart

Any way you look at it.
Sos pulled a fast one and is gonna make a extra money off of stuff they otherwise wouldn't have.
Not the first time this year they done it.

The 2019 - early 2021 trend seems to be repeating itself just in a different manner.
Instead of "oopsies, bug bundles"

Observation:
The SOTF 2.0 came very later to 1057-1128 state bracket. It came with the introduction of portable battery for the behemoth Mk1 (AKA monkey).

Consequence: A lot of players have already finished the upgrades for their monkey and therefore have one use for the portable battery as it doesn’t work on any of the other behemoths (Ultra or Mk2).

Suggestion:
Add the option to recycle the portable battery to normal biobatteries.

You hide these useless rewards (40%!!!) and people might not see them until they realize they got a 10 diamond value for 299 diamond packs

There's also mis presentation of the event. The value is not determined by the type of box you get, but by the random chance within the box. The discrepancy between rewards is massive compared to the discrepancy between boxes. Blue box has better rewards than some of the golden box

Last migo section i ranked 1 in sotf and not sure if 1 or top 5 in prep but got max score and ranked 1 in that migo section.

And im not even close to making this thing 46 and other building 90 without spending
