The UI is a hot mess, with bugs popping out everywhere

The two are interlinked. Casual players not having any experience in SDE wouldn't know the technical terms to talk about it directly.

If you ask any random player what UI or UX is, you're gonna get blank stares. But ask them whether the game is sending them in circles, the layout is wonky and the hidden menus need clarity, with more announcements regarding rewards, you will get a better response. And all those have had feedback provided over the years. Mods should know better.

Even when I posted my first comment about this above I was internalizing whether it was on me to find relatable jargon so a ticket could get more votes? This is no different for me that presenting personas through a specific lens so the C-Suites aren't lost and can mentally say "oh yeah, I know John...he's my neighbor down the street!"

Tickets get limited votes anyway with a few exceptions. The problem as usual is f---plus don't extrapolate how bad that is. 50 people in a discord of x amount with a game containing y amount can be turned into an appreciable number of people if you do statistics right. I cant, hate math, but i believe something with 50 votes would probably represent about 30% of the playing community, if not more

I share your fears, and can see the forced scarcity as well. It's funny how even when it comes to crystal mines, we still have to deal with a forced shortage as an attempt to increase demand and influence spending.

I think your idea about increasing the slots in mines is just as valid as increasing the mines available. If they had to pick between one or the other in order to reach a grudging compromise with their players, i hope they consider those.

Tbh Gun, idk that anyone knows what they'll do with the regular legendary frags for troll squad, but I've been holding onto them anyway because I don't trust the devs not to have a use for them at some point after most of the players would have logically either recycled them or something.

our troll squad got switched to needing limitless frags to advance, so the regular character frags can only be used for skills now, but our troll squad members are limitless heroes

I hate to break it to you, but I've been playing off and on for the last 3 years. And in that time, the ONLY players to get anything was whales. We only get things when they are too late to be useful.

to be fair, it is a bit over 19 years from vip 10 to vip 12. 2400 days from 10 to 11, and 4800 days from 11 to 12. if that pattern held, however, the amount of days needed to get to vip 20 would be astronomical

Devs don't give a ---- about f2p. Nothing they do in this game is for continued progression of f2p. Its just to give spenders a taste to make them go the rest of the way. Once you confirm the spend cycle is over, do the next thing

Vip seemed worth it when I was starting. Plan was to use up most biocaps on vip exp so that then I could get few gold frags daily and have easy time upgrading heroes. Then they started messing with limitless and all those bios invested in vip levels became uselles because it does not provide materials to upgrade new heroes type 🤣

They know that only a comparatively small percentage of f2p actually decide to spend on anything other than a 2nd construct (I still maintain that isn't a true f2p, but we won't split hairs).
They also know that people will either have a surplus of biocaps to throw toward this, as well as excess of VIP stuff to convert at a less than desireable rate, and whatever they lack to finish VIP20, they'll buy.

Well, they've made it worthless to spend on anything other than the 2nd construct if you're not spending like $300/week. I had no problem with the game when like $20/week could keep you competitive. That's just not the case anymore, so I don't spend anymore.
