I have a p7 alt that can burn p10s, but they aren’t strong p10s - probably alts too.
But I have seen lots of decent p10-13 being burned by strong and maxed players during SvS, RRL, AD, MM etc.
Rallies need 6-8 joiners. The rally leader cannot reinforce everyone.
Solution is to narrow the gap between maxed / v strong players and the f2p & low spender community
