That talent's duration of 30 mins was where the most intense fighting occured.

Here everyone is spoiled with unlimited healing and vouchers. More brute force, less refinement in attacks.

The last IGM I got said heist was closed. Really cruddy of them to reopen it with no notification. And honestly that’s the worst thing they could have done. Apparently not only do they push out bugged out events and never fix them, they also reopen bugged out events when they aren’t completely fixed. They just say “good enough, we’ll let the mods deal with it” because they seem to have little regard for what they put their mods through daily with all their bugs. I really feel for all the mods.

I submitted a ticket asking to have the buffs that I used returned after the 2:00 Azurtane fiasco. I was advised that I was already compensated. My account was literally unplayable for over a half an hour due to the bug and I was forced, by MIGO points, to wake up and participate in the eventat 7 AM my local time and could barely play at the time, and had to do so without the benefit of Massive March, which I had used prior to entering at 2:00. This compensation isn't worth my time, let alone even 1 of the 5 gold buffs I'd used preparing for the event.

But the moderation team is only here to act as player-based support, faces in the community with the ability to create guides, transmit information, relay any directives not encompassed by CMs, Reps, or devs themselves, and push feedback from the community of which they are part.
They are under compensated for what they do here, and they get to deal with people screaming at them for things they don't control. Many of them stick around because they do care about this community and want to affect change.
I don't always like the answers I get either, and I do get snippy with them, but I stay respectful and in line with how I would want to be treated if I were in that position.
I would ask that others do the same, but your choices are yours.
