Few days ago, we had a problem that the nexus techs could not be upgraded. I had submitted a bug report to CS and here as well:

The issue resolved by itself after a couple of days. Later CS sent a totally useless reply (some general steps that they send to everyone). Again today I faced same problem and cannot upgrade the nexus techs.

This and lots of other problems in nexus is becoming very frustrating. IS THERE A MOD OR SOMEONE THAT CAN ACTUALLY ASK LAZY DEVS TO LOOK INTO THIS. Thanks!

Hello, we are all frustrated because of the bugs. As you mentioned, there is a report about it. We can't really do more, than reporting the problem. We also would like to play without this bugs, if we could do more, we would do it.
After the reports we hope, it doesn't take too long to repair them.

The problem is that the customer service is on some auto-reply or on a dumb AI assistant. And devs don’t care about user experience at all. It should not be like this. This is an expensive game and there should be a great customer service that actually answers in real time and problems get fixed in hours, not in days or even weeks, or never.

Hey Tempest! We all understand your frustration and completely agree with it. It has been this way since day one, for almost five years now? Anyways, take a deep breath, because it will never change. The MODs here have always done a great job, but they are asked to do thier jobs while wearing handcuffs. They listen to the players yell and scream, they stay calm and try to help the best they can, which is forwarding your questions and complaints to the dev team. If the dev team does not respond, which they usually don't, there is nothing they can do. It has to be beyond frustrating for them.

this is getting out of hand. Nexus in this format is about using 3D modules well, to grow faster and faster and have an advantage in later nexus fights. But you cant even do basic things like upgrading tech and building roads is also a 50/50 chance if it works. This is by far the most frustrating event in SoS and it has a history, that seems to keep repeating. Other times you couldnt even attack/declare war on buildings, then the buildings were unattackable the other week and what not... Nexus seems to just follow this trend every time and the devs just lack the testing even though they have a PTR for it and people told them: "Nexus is full of bugs its not ready!" yet we get the nexus with exactly those bugs and get a little "sorry" message, while the Discord Mods have to work overtime and read and sort all this, just cause the devs are not able to make this event work, even after over 1 year! <.<

Please PTR is a big joke 😒 Nexus was delayed several times so it released only 2 weeks prior live one.

PTR does not have even all heroes we have in live server 🥲 every event is done half way through and when you try to test and ask them to fix the bugs.

ITS CODED POORLY!
You need "5 levels of hub upgrades" instead of "hub level 5". with hub level 6 i could easily upgrade the tech for hub level 5 and i am guessing its the same for level 10 tech needing level 11 hub. You might want to try it out, since missing out on tech is incredibly punishing. Hope this helped 🤗

Thats what worked for us. Upgrade the bastion to level 6, then the upgrades unlock. Its unbelievably bad programming, but also not suprising.

its just worded in a way, that seems negative.
It basically means: The Damage the enemy Infantry takes is increased by 5,6% for the first 5 turns of battle (turn 2-6, since turn 1 is preparation/before the battle somehow). How exactly it is calculated in the battle though, no clue. Could be a end-multiplier by the factor 1,056 or just a small increase in the middle of all increases and decreases c:

Hey Bear, no, they haven't fixed it, but there may be a workaround. If you upgrade your Bastion to level 6, the next set of research options should work. So it really isn't that you need a level 5 Bastion, you need to have upgraded it 5 times. See if that works

for many it helped upgrading the hub to level 6, but after a relog, i cant upgrade anymore. so i am guessing the hub is just not sending informations correctly. i am guessing if i upgrade the hub to level 7 now, i will be able to do research again. it is such a flawed system and should be easy to fix, since the problem seems to be the hub not sending the correct updated data (it always shows its not high enough level when outside of nexus), which a simple hub upgrade fixes, since it forces the update on the hub level. But it only fixes it temporarily and is quite expensive in terms of modules "wasted" per research tech. Cant wait for the 10 Tomatoe crates as compensation <.<

nope you cant upgrade the hub in the middle of the fight and you cant build roads from hubs you had before aswell. cause the hubs need to have a shield (b safe) to be able to do anything xD

Yes, the botle cap reward from Infected Field is random. Also it seems there is a max limit per day. Not officially but I have my own test that you wont get any since I got over 10k.

You can try high lvl infected fields. They give you more cap so faster to reach the limit.

Level 13 is the highest lvl we cn find in opened area of the map I think.

• there's a max amount of declarations allowed per stage
• once a building reaches 0 durability it is not able to be declared upon
• unlimited fight time effects nobody's effort to play the event
• matching this nexus round is a lot better, big vs big, small vs small, or so it seems across a few nexus matchups I'm in, but the smalls have the same durability for buildings as big alliances. Nobody in a smaller alliance will be able to occupy nexus with a 1 hr fight limit

If you know for example you can take a building that nobody else has the chance to take later in the day, then your players who weren't able to make that "fight time selection" they can at least get some points by challenging it later in the day. I know a few alliances who didn't get their first priority fight time selection and 75% of that alliance isn't able to participate in the event. Which definitely hinders their ranking completely.

It truly was time to time. Most popular timeslots were ok, but others.

Devs chose lazy route to improve matching. By increasing the pool. But it didn't solve the core issue. Not only did it not improve matching by increasing time slots, it made it worse if your players you heavily relied on were unable to make it. So, resulting in still a sheet matching system

Matching is never ending because they don't do F all with it. At best they tweak a few % for how much something corresponds to the score, but it doesn't do much tbh.

Matching WAS amazing if you were a small alliance.....
(typically) The bigger the alliance, the bigger the whale, the bigger the score, the bigger the gap of scores between players, and matching becomes dog 💩

Whats made matching a complete nightmare in recent months, gen skippers who have had time to build up their best march.

Gen skip 12 to 18, they now have 18-21 decent rank, but a heck of a lot less scoring on the matching system due to my non gen skip account accounting for a ton of heroes that I've upgraded.

The more gen skippers there are that catchup, the worse matching will be for even the rank 1 alliances in non gen skip states. (or even the gen skip states who only skipped from 12 to 15)

Let's face it, we all have issues with matchmaking. You either win real easy or lose real easy. That being said, and as Autumn said, matchmaking is a constant job to have. Think of all the players growing everyday, then working it out to try match up as quick as possible and then in that time players still growing, spending etc. It would never be perfect, but it could be improved. It just takes time unfortunately

I dont have the skill so I can't speak on it personally but some of my alliance mates struggled with this and another alliance mate told them they have to activate the skill before starting the trade run, not after. In this way it would function more like instant gathering i suppose.

All cities have to be connected to bastion and by roads to generate modules, the lvl2 city in front of bastion If you drop it you lose all conections to the other cities, you will have only the modules generated by bastion, very hard to do upgrades and get more teritory with only that

They took the last crate rewards and that was done for many players, other crates were still open after their fix because I had enough points for them even after they reset it so the only thing was last crate and now that I unlocked it (didn't even click on it it was just opened automatically) I haven't got anything, still have the one astro coin I have left from last season

Anyone facing problems with T12 in Nexus. I have trained T12 hunters but they don't show up in Nexus.

you trained them in normal map right?
troop trained in normal map after registering for nexus , don't appear in nexus

also if you trained troop in nexus they will disappear once nexus ends

Wow that's awesome so we just waste our money getting higher level troops and not able to use them for next 3 months in Nexus.

nexus is a 3 weeks event

if things went as happened before , there should be another nexus event after 3 weeks or so

and at that time you will be able to use all the troops you have when registering for nexus ends
