We need to go step wise
If the problem is not solved the next step like you should first start from step one

1. Refresh your game means restart the game
2. Problem persists try Restart phone/ PC and try
3. Clear Cache then try
4. Repair the game ( press repair game button which appears while game is loading on left upper corner
5. Uninstall and reinstall the same game version.

Follow these steps hopefully your problem will be solved if still persists we have to make a bug report in the game. Then you can share with me the ticket no i can help you in making a bug report here or you can also make a bug report by yourself

I dont know which of the steps you have not tried

Seems the overlay still persist where the background isn’t a consistent solid layer.

I submitted a ticket (through the game's Report A Bug button) about this the first week of Tomb Raider and it hasn't been fixed. Can't use the bug report bot and it's instructions because that has a bug and doesn't work in game.

Regarding the bug bot, could you share what error you encountered? Recently, the game updated the number format for ticket IDs. If that’s the issue, you can try adding “00” at the end of your ID to proceed. Let me know if that works

Event "Black Friday": I can complete all 25 levels on 2 characters using the salt from the "Light and Colors" event. And on all 4 characters I'm missing task 11 (grant 150 time aids). Why doesn't it work on all 4 characters that you can't complete task 25 with the beautiful frame? 🤔

Not the task 11 it´s bugged. They work, but I need the rest from the 150 helps.

All 4 of my characters (in 3 states) have all tasks at the same level in "Light and Colors". I only have task 11 left for all of them.

Nevertheless, my main character Sky Blue in state 1016 and my ***** in state 1018 have earned the Thanksgiving frame. My mini in 1016 and my **** in 1129 do not have the frame. As I said: everyone is at the same level in "Light and Colors".

Normally, everyone should also be at the same level in the "Black Friday" event - because everyone should have earned the same amount of salt.

I understand now. The difference between your accounts can be explained because during seasoning, your points can be multiplied by x2 or x3. If you save your salt and use it all at once, you can earn better points.

thats not a bug, they usually run the event 2x or more per season so that everyone has a chance to finish the badges. badges are a one and done deal. you cant get the rewards again in the same migo.

When updating an statue in your island, settlement effects are turned off, resulting in the player needing to go to their island, hide the hero statue or statue responsible for the settlement effect, then "build" it again.

Rinse and repeat. If a key focus of your game play is acquiring and upgrading statues, this becomes annoying pretty quickly.

I've lost count now on how many times I've had to do this to get my settlement effect turned back on. It's been like this for a few weeks now, if not longer.

Maybe, but here's what you should consider, as should FunPlus.

1. That does not address the bug. Let's make that the priority focus here versus workarounds that let F+ off the hook. This game costs way too much money for this level of nonsense.
2. Going to Collections takes the player away from seeing the island. The default view, imo, allows for a better user experience.
3. I did what you suggested, clicked on "Collections" on the island and guess what? I just found another bug. Refer to the SS.

It takes me out of the island and wants to build in my settlement instead?

You see the planets in the back of Mr. Grim? They got there because when you click the set bonus, even while in the island it attempts to build the planets in the pattern for the rewards, in your settlement.

My smaller account is not able to play Apex or Immortal Arena but my larger account encounters and fights against accounts that are smaller than mine all the time. Here are some ss. Neddy is mine fighting against a player that is smaller than my Ned. Nothice my opponent has power of 538M but my Ned account has power of 573M. Why does he get to play but I do not?

*both of my accounts are in the same state/same alliance and the player (Syl) is also in my state.

Your comment just made me realize that what might be happening is when the system detects there is little to no space on the island it then attempts to build it in the settlement.

I'm further guessing this may be the case because I had no problem placing the exact set you're showing and moving it around like that on the island but I was already out of space.

Maybe you don't have the required area to build the decoration as it needs to be built. So maybe that's why it places you inside your settlement 🤷

That could be the case but the game does trigger a warning alert on the island when you try to place statues and there is no more space.

It doesn't just jump to placing them in the settlement like the planets did but since that's a set there could be something different about how the placement logic is working since it needs to identify a particular grid/proximity and ensure all statues are within X pixels of each other in said grid.

The original location to build stuff is inside settlement. So that's sorta the default for the most part.

For now I'm fine with the planets being in my settlement as there isn't any more space for the set on the island until I do a curation and make some. Not the end of the world.

The bigger item here was that thankfully a bug report has already been posted for the initial issue with the settlement effects being turned off every time you upgraded a statue.

Hey, raiding a train doesn't show you anything so you don't know if you already raided it or if you have won (no battle screen like in truck raiding).
So you can click 3 times and you won't see anything.

Your raid score get increased by each week you play and how you perform..when comes to multiple players , sometimes it get shuffle tricked when less playing strong player get registered in a team. While other team with a high score..lastly hard luck

a big issue with raid score is that it is reset when you change state.. then it will take some time to slowly adjust to your potential. Until then it will lead to bad matchings. If a bigger part of an alliance switches states, they get weak opponents in their new state.

After upgrading a hero statue today, post update, the effect was still showing the previous statue, so i removed the old one and replaced with the new one again and now the statues show no settlememt effect at all anymore

It s normal when you up grade statues automatically it change effect on upgraded last time and if is under lvl 7 you dont have effect of statue but you can always apply the effect which you want like on the Video

Hi, this is actually a visual issue. After selecting the quantity, you will see a confirmation window where the correct quantity is shown.
You can also exchange tokens through the recycling center, there is no such issue and you can immediately see, how many new tokens you will receive

This situation has persisted for several weeks now. I even monitored the traffic between my end and the SoS end to see if it was my provider causing it, but it's not. The latency increases slightly (10-20 msec) within their own network, but I'm certain this isn't the cause. I still believe it's the coding of the actual app that is causing these issues.

We assumed it would be a simple matter to toggle Governor appointment back to default alliance R5?
Neither of our leading alliances care who has Gov position at this point, we just want it fixed so buffs may be used as needed.

Some new bug was introduced in alliance hall's groove gala. Pops up the first time the game tries to enable dance interaction automatically.
It's a nice diversion though, because nothing interesting is ever going on in alliance hall.

In Jungle Gems, more people spent money to reach higher levels. They were above level 10, but after the reward update, they fell back to level 1. My question is, will you return the diamonds to them, or will you automatically place these players back at level 10 for free and compensate for the rewards they lost in the process, or what’s the plan?

Is it just me or where did my fair token dissappeared? I had 3500, didn't use any on update, didn't play fair chance and 2+k vanished

I was doing it from nexus, then went back to main map and only there I noticed that they are gone

I just reported it. from nexus there are 2 ways to open survivors fair , via events billboard it is locked. but on main screen above there is one more menu for this event and it can be accessed to play

Idk wtf they did with all these updates and patch files but it sure as F caused some jank trying to build and upgrade decorations on the island.
Scrolling down the decorations, it's back again, it seems to stop at every new line of decorations then jumps if you kept scrolling while it was stopped.
Its not just my device. It's several in the alliance. Playing across iPad, Android, pc.

Seems the issue is update based as you say a couple of players in alliance are getting the same issue and across different platforms, has a bug report being posted ingame from you or other members, i can assist in posting it here so others can upvote and the extent of the bug can be seen

Dumb and annoying thing is, digs can be done in nexus, you just have to be viewing wilderness and can still interact.

If someone shares dig coords and your in nexus it won't take you, if someone shares a tile right next to it, it'll take you no probs.

Same as deployable tasks, if you share a task to raid when in nexus can't click on it, but can click on a shared tile right next to it coords to raid no problem.

You can do officers whilst in nexus, even when in another state during svs.

There's a lot of stupid things you can't and "can't" do. Even having some events being locked is dumb, like PoW, Azure, KoTH, RR, we're auto shielded in Nexus so why we need to be in normal wilderness?

It most likely turned off because you took the talent points off of it so you didn’t technically have access to the skill anymore. I’ll have to look into if that’s actually a bug or if that’s how it works.

I can sort of understand why you can't play ah, rr, koh, etc, inside nexus.
Because the game doesn't want to let you get attacked while you're in those event, so it also auto shields you when you play them.
But. You're inside nexus and "could" be attacked. Impossible this early in the event but still. They won't let you shield inside nexus.
The issue though is, if you're in your level 1 city spawn point area where you can't get attacked, it shouldn't be an issue where you are exactly 🤷

What funny about svs & bs having a lock screen in the event tab, just like the tycoon event we have now.
You can access them from other areas, so yeah, I completely agree the lock symbol is absolutely dumb.

Not just that but, why is there a lock on the entire survivor royale event when I need to go to that event tab to claim my daily ticket.
That annoys me. Leaves nexus, send out trucks, treasure dig, claims SR ticket, and wait 3 minutes before I can get back into nexus 🤷

Devs changed this like 2 years ago.
You used to be able to activate massive march, vip 12 rally leads would use quick change talent to heal fast
Then swap back to war before the rally hit.
One day, they did some stuff. I forget what all else happened that day, but they took away the ability of it staying active. Quite annoying tbh.

It was like 3 years of the old way, and 2 years now of this idiotic way. 😔

I also remember way way way back in the day, you could see the cooldown on skills that were not what your talents were set for.
