Training is always gonna give the most points unless you've got a bucket load of stuff saved

If we take the situation only related to the SoFT as single event, upgrading would be the best choice, BUT SoTF is part of World Event as one of the most profitable points together with SvS, so the situation become a bit more hard to analize, like I said before in short answer upgrading that troops would be better...

But you have to consider to how many troops you need to upgrade and what ranking you want reach and how many speed up it's worth to invest in this SoTF since it's the first one and the first and the second SoTF belong in a phase of WE where they are combined with SvS too for achivment of 470k of total points needed during the first 4 weeks, and then second 4 weeks for the second phase, while the third phase last only 2 weeks and have only a single SoTF...

Plus you should consider also who SoTF it's against multiple state and SvS it's against only one state, and trooping during SoTF give less points compared to trooping during SvS

So in the end about the first question if upgrade 1.8M of troops from T11 to T12 depends from the current ranking of your SoTF, plus upgraing/training troops would be better done during a day with the state buff who lower the amount of time needed for that.

You should also consider your state ranking and your general ranking position where there are players from other state too, cause state ranking cap related to WE it's 5 - 10 - 20 - etc, meanwhile the general ranking cap it's 10 - 20 - 50 - etc, so you should think till what "Line" it's still worth go ahead and keep getting points and when it's not worth anymore and you could save that for the next event for get points in the next event, and this is something who only with a good analysis of both ranking it's possible to do, plus you have to compare it with how many speed up you have saved and how many speed up you can do during this moths...

About this you could try to reacg top 10 in the genral ranking too even if it's a lot expensive on matter of stuff who you need to use and who you will not have for next events but but if in your state ranking the first one has 142M of points you can't reach it, it's up to you... top 5 in state and top 20 in general it's a good position, so if I was you i wouldn't go further, just be sure of don't go out to top 5(state)/20(global) and then try to reach top 20(preparation)/20(fight) in SvS that should make you able to reach 470k of total points during the moth if you don't miss anything else and complete the first achivment

Collect blue and purple baits try to get the buffs higher catch rate for gold and purple and more rewards… than use blue baits for Gold fish and epic baits for purple fishes

So you get then most rewards

There are a few different ways you can approach fishing. What I generally do is wait until I have enough idle rewards to buy the buffs and some refresh items. (I forget the name of them but will come back to you on that!) Then I will try to line up gold fishes and use the blue baits for them. You can also try to complete your collection to get additional lures to use!

Like I said, quite a few strategies people use out there to maximize rewards, this is just mine 🤗

Pearl store isn't always active, usually runs alongside another event like dice, fair ground, operation festival etc.

Fishing also has some pet certificates, I think normally it only tends to have cat / fox.

The dice store also has them as well, same as fair ground but I dont have a screenshot of that.

You can in some instances get them as f2p, heavily depends on how you plan, play and get lucky with events.
