So with time yes she will get weaker, all heros do. Some will just last longer than others if they have a good skill set

But the main way to see which statues are from the collection page then deco and anything in bonus statues section gives its small but adds up

Memorial statues also give some also from leveling and great for morale

If you're not near maxed combat morale, that stat is irrelevant for you.
