I think it’s best to play with friends. So if you connect more with the friends in 61, safe travels. I’ve only ever been in two states. The one I started in when I started the game and the one the game merged my state into. 😂

I went to reread the announcement just to be certain of the dates as I answered you. It said December 9th state transfers become available. The first day (December 9th) being a viewable day for viewing state tiers. Then days 2-4 (December 10-12) you submit your application. Then days 5-6 (December 13-14) you can move or if you haven’t by the end and have an approved application you are automatically moved by the system to your new state.

That’s the convenient part of going where friends are. If you’re planning on going blind into a state without speaking to anyone first, that first day will be your first time seeing what states can take.

It's not cheating if it's coded to be that way. And everyone is now forced to do it because everyone else has. The coding error has broken this event, not the players. People have spent and used lots, as they felt they had to compete, considering the rewards are all based on event rank.
So let's hope they don't do something against all players, because that would kill the game for most people.

Three people in my alliance were ranked 2-4 (including myself) in troop training before the bug was known. Used all our speedups, now we're ranked 20+, probably going to drop further. And someone who never participates in svs, never does anything is ranked 1st and gets to be rewarded

The devs should retroactively adjust the points gained, and adjust it for all troops, to cover those that did troops earlier, since reset, therefore going some way to restoring their rank in the event.
