You can however get the upgrade skill modules for free via the vehicle building

Sometimes TAs numbers are dependent on individual player. On my case Stamima Break works better on my Berserk but others it works better on their Resilience so just test whichever gives you better output 😂

74+76 solves both states issues

Yes those two can. And yeah they can hold for hours but svs doesn't happen 'for hours'. Each capital stage is only 30 minutes long. If the other state has to waste 7-8 minutes each stage because they don't get first occupation of capital then that's alot of points lost. Usually makes the difference between more evenly matched states
