Regarding the collab, I understand what you mean although personally I like her (not battle tested), and I enjoy the fact it's not that hard to get her decent even for a low spender, don't know about f2p.

They did add more options to the lucky box one, if you already going to spend dice on it, should be able to either use the box or the store (you have the relocation effect there!)
With that said, the rewards themselves are harder to get as it seems.

I recommend saving them for point days; since due to gen skip(s) you will have hoarded but then not see the fruit of that heros use. I hope I make sense 😅 So focus more on boosting your bonus hero search crate and hoarding epic maps and not touching it until G skip happens.

This way you have hero’s maxed before anyone that is f2p. Spenders they will drop on special event that happens week of g skip.

Magnus is not bad, but is also depend on your hero settings, if you have already G6 INF but no G6 Hunter/Rider, it would be maybe better to focus first Hunter/Rider.
If you have G6 full, I would say Magnus as first G7

You will need to level it back to max - But when you evolve it to special ops you will get 350 +- frags back from skill upgrade from normal resonate

There isn't a official chart for it yet

Well for F2P normal resonate is good though, even seen mid spenders with 3 maxed resonate beat spenders with special ops heroes

There's many that think special ops will make them OP but that's not always the case

Although a huge power gap between spenders and f2p, f2p can still make a decent enough build account if they put some effort into it

I always say : The first step as good F2P is knowing you will never be a top player, spenders will always be a little stronger.
BUT
If you put you mind to it, you can be one strong awesome joiner for your rally lead while still having a decent build F2P account

For Nexus, do you need to declare war to kick another team out a building? E.g If Alliance A has already started capturing a building, can another team B rally and kick them out if they have no intention of capturing the building? Or would Alliance B need to waste a declare to do this?

If it's your alliance building already and another alliance attacks it. Then no. You need to defend it

But you can't besiege it either. Cause it's your building

If building is neutral then yes both alliances need to declare on it to make attacks or rally

Go for the MK II
