First You need to rally 4 weak points

So you assign 4 players to rally weak points then after 15 or 20 sec all the rest of players attack the trap itself

When a weak point dies any future rallies targeting the weak point hits the boss.
So, all the players immediately surrounding the trap target different weak points. Ideally use 4 mid players. Too strong (using a rally lead for a weak spot) is a waste of points, and too weak won't kill it the first hit, but another backup player targeting the same weak spot should kill it. So Assigning people for this is best. Better to be safe than sorry for having extra firepower.

The damage done to the boss will be more than what's done to the weak spot. Because of buffs. So if you want to maximize your event for next time. - 20% roughly and see that that is more than the initial weak spots power.
