If you are applying the strategy of training outside events for upgrade into the day of the events when troops give points you should train T9 if you max is T10 yes
But consider this, now progression of the states it's fast than before when T11 and T12 didn't exist so... consider also that in the coint, if you apply this strategy don't unlock T11 before levelled upp all your T9 into T10

I had it for do it... and behemoth core it's a pretty nice feature who I want explore... plus isn't behind a P2P barrier if you invest poly and plasma on the behemoth insistut slowly but at least something, progression in that is possible...

You need two level 6 with different goods and looks like you have dead alliances so your best bet is where you have active alliances

But if I head toward where there are active alliances (left side), there's a chance they'll cut off the path and we won't be able to connect with the other level 6 building (not sure if I am right 🥹 ). The only alliance that's roughly evenly matched to us is right in front of us, at the farthest point.

It would be best to talk to the alliances on the left to see if they want to continue. You don't necessarily have to own level 6. It would be enough if your opponent owns level 6 at the top and you simply link a road to it. So you can start trading. If you want to own both lvl 6, you will lose to many building slots that you better can use for lvl 7-9 Buildings

The matching is completely off. We had two alliances on each side with many players 3 to 4 times stronger who attacked settlements instead of buildings being beseiged.
Taking away the building limit and points for settlements really was a bad idea. Especially the points for settlements, atleast you use to get points when you got burned!!

I verified using Wiki and yes it is within 3 levels. Of course doesn't mean they won't still attack for resources, but they won't receive SvS points for the attack.
