If the building is unoccupied so the zone is still neutral for win it before the end of the fighting time the city have to go to 0 of durability and the alliance who did 50.01% of damage to the durability of the city will own it, if you do 80% damage to the city, but an alliance come and push your whole alliance away and just keep the city and don't end it, on the end of the fighting time the city stay neutral and no one for that day of fight will take the first occupation from that city.

In any case about this, I honestly prefer Warrior II since it give the chance to every hit to double the double of the damage, but it's a preference of mine, also if you do a low amount of damage, doubling it would be so effettive and is just a "chance" (32%) so not applyed on every hit.
In the other hand as other said Assault II have a condition to activate and after that condition is reched you will have an empower of your damage.
