Hello. It is possible but you’ll have to do it via customer services.
You’ll need quite a bit of evidence but it can be done. Start by opening a ticket in game if you’ve purchased them on the wrong character.

I can tell you from experience, that customer service will no do this for you. I had the same thing happen accidently purchased on a wrong account and wanted diamonds transferred to another and they flat out refused.

You can also get them in the pearl store and unless you’re crazy strong you’re not likely to need more than 5

The difference is if it’s a completely separate account (different bind etc). If it’s two characters on the same account it can be done.

I’m not making it up I promise. I’ve done it and had it switched over as I hadn’t touched them.
I had to raise the report from my main, then raise it again from my mini and then emailed them and it got sorted.
It took a while but they did swap them over for me.
