Sorry for the late reply and tag, Cherr1. Game using store appdata so no matter what you do, the game will install to the Windows root directory. The easiest way to solve this is to download the game through Steam and then choose a drive location on another drive before installation.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible on mobile devices. Even if you manage to install the game to an SD card, it will be incredibly laggy or unplayable. Phones unfortunately have slow read/write speeds.

It all depends on what you are looking for and with it being a new event it's a bit of trial and error with choosing what upgrades to do
