To add to my co mod, to replace the R5 your activity has to be at level 30 green or higher as well. If you don't have that activity you won't be able to take over so be sure to stay active.

Never given a R4 title

Then the 2nd too last transfer almost The entire group transferred out, I was left behind..
Then 2 day's later " someone " removed me from the Alliance .. 😡 I was hoping for a merger a few weeks ago
