I agree with this if before stopping playing you was not decently high lvl, me per example cameback to the game 2 months ago and i was hq26 only but i got the surprise of having a lot of plasma saved, now i am almost p4 and enjoying the game very much, i’d say if you comeback to the game just keep your original acc and maybe create a new one aswell to get used to the game again + you get offered a state transfer when you comeback to states where you should not be super behind

That's true.
Most of the times the states they odder you to go ,are still stronger unfortunately. But If you were in a decent level you can wait for the actual state transfer event .
The new system makes things a bit easier in my opinion .

But if it's been years, then a new state might be a better option. They get lots of heroes all at once. Heroes that in my state,took us months or years to get

I was in state 86 and i had 2 characters, my main hq26 and the other one hq12, i left the hq12 in my original state and i transfered the hq26 to state 1323 bc i chosed that one from the ones i got offered, just so see which acc grows faster, so far the hq26 has reached p4 with 500m bp and the state is on gen 12 waiting for the big gen skip and the hq12 has reached to hq27 with 492m bp, last gens are hard carrying the power 😂

In next state transfer i’ll consider move back to s86 or bring my secondary acc to s1323 and flex the lvled heroes for a few days untill the spenders get them higher than me 😂

But yes definetly if years has passed the move will be a new state
