There's a combo you can do with an Augur mod and Catalyzing Shields
Since Augur mods give shield in return for energy spent, you'd be spamming something fast like Speed constantly to upkeep your shields and maintain invulnerability. Your shields would be jack squat, so, they can recover to full via just one or two ability uses
If I were to do that on your immediate build, it'd probably be removing Narrow Minded and Shock Tropper in replacement for the two mods I mentioned

you are thinking wrong IMO. The warframe is usually who define the weapons you are going to use. For example I won't use any with Mirage, cuz it's more comfy to use beam weapons with her cuz the clones makes it easy to aim beam that bullets

valkyr melee can easily do that if there are enough enemies. I'm told wisp can get there or pretty close with a ton of investment. oraxia can technically do it by disabling and reenabling her 4. But you'll need heavy investment in armor to reach the requirments consiering her low base armor

no real need to calculate armor with persistance. Hit the 700 mark and you're good, if you are vunerable to heat procs or corrosive procs, go higher to account for the armor drop, and find a way to aviod nullifiers and radiation. After that focus on your sources of regeneration and max hp.

higher level play will invalidate armor stacking no matter how high you stack the armor, something will hit you to the health gate, and you should focus on surviving the health gate not mitigating the damage itself to go under your 500 dmg cap.

lemme i guess walk through my thought process for most've this

• Range and Strength seem like the most important 2 on him, since you want that 4 to be as nutty as possible. Range also helps with making sure if you pop your 1 and spin around, you'll usually get at least a few guys

• Vitality is mainly there to bump his already high health pool even higher (and cause i need an excuse to use my atragraph mod lmao)

• i would like more armor on him, but i dont think thats really nessecary

You can with Gourmand augment, but not really useful, depends if you want to go full healthtanking but I think spamming 1 and 4 is more reliable to survive with Brief Respite

I recommend you take persistence approach. A lot of seconds to relax your brain from shield gates, you have status immunity from nourish. Range is mandatory unless you don't mind moding corrosive in your weapons. If you use corrosive replace his 4 with roar and kiss his range goodbye. The other option is having a lot of range for aoe armor strip with his 4
