you need to have 180kpm to saturate desecrate (3 rerolls/sec, after 1sec delay), which is possible on higher spawning modes/tilesets on steelpath.
but on the average to bad tilesets you're probabyl sitting at 100-150kpm (60-100 on normal), so even if youre only getting +30 extra rolls its still good.
the 180kpm is also assuming youre in range of 100% of those kills, with the new time speed up mechanic you might be moving around a bit more so might not be in range (and if youre in a group, there might be people killing in other rooms)

so its still a nice bonus if you dont mind giving up melee for ripkas

was satisfying in that it looked cool and aim+melee lets you surf on it, but it wasnt bad but wasnt exceptional.
