Caster Xaku just got nerfed because of the damage attenuation changes. Just play Xaku with guns and stolen guns as additional damage and it should be fine. Can't really rely on the stolen guns anymore.

The Damage Attenuation sucks.... It's the reason too I cannot deal damage to Xaku's guns

It's the current best way. Before the attenuation changes then you can just perma invisible + rely on the stolen guns without shooting. Now you can't do that because enemies have more hp while Xaku's guns are still doing the same damage.

No? Xaku still deals the same damage because stolen guns ignore resistance. Damage attenuation made it so enemies have less resistance which Xaku ignores but they have increased HP.

So Xaku is doing the same damage but enemies have more health so killing takes more time than before.

Very helpful when you lucked out in ETA. You can instead use your Archgun instead of your trash weapon rolls. Also helpful in Perrita Rebellion. Lastly, archguns have been buffed recently so they are actually very viable for general play now.

Yes you can apply them but you need Archgun Deployer which needs rank 5 Solaris United + Doing Profit Taker Phase 3. The arcane adapters are obtainable from the deepmine shop.
