if not, just doing high lvl bounties in open world is a good way to lvl mech, unfortunately best spot (for me) being plains is bugged now (drone escort stage) so fortuna or necralisk

in general yes, more strength - more damage - less times you need to cast to kill enemy

if you use roar subsume to boost your damage, you need 255% strength to 1-shot
