That just looks like the interact button, which would mean it’d mercy since there’s no other ways of interacting with it. The weapon should appear above its head tho I’ve never hunted liches/sisters on mobile

As such I've enjoyed Harrow a lot, but having to always aim the weakspots is getting tedious. What warframe would you recommend that either has good personaly damage or strong buffs that fit the playstyle of being able to move a lot and not having to recast the same ability all the time?
