most gear in the game can be built multiple ways, Epitaph is usually built with Encumber, but Fortifier is fine too. Fortifier steals Overguard from enemies to you as a support utility tool. Epitaph is a support utility weapon, so its all fine.

This is lousy. They added a force field on the reactor, but it does not come down if you hack the reactor terminals. So you understand the problem, then. 0.2 seconds isn't gonna do anything, it gives you no time to refresh your shields so don't build for that.

You should have AT LEAST 0.25 seconds for a shield gate build. You're doing it wrong otherwise.
