I did all inteceptions except eris and neptune by running incursions with random squad

enemies have a spawn limit, so if you dont kill anything nothing new spawns.

with your frames i would try max range+efficiency nidus, and just suck everyone into a ball.
no eximus spawn with the initial spawning waves, and they will rush to the first capped point, so cap 1, after you CC them a bit and they all spawn cap 2, then you can cap 3-4 after, and just keep them rag dolled with larva.

you could also try max range + decent strength/efficiency/duration sevagoth, and use an energy pizza with gloom.

iirc sisters among a couple other enemy types has damage attenuation so they only take a specific amount of statuses which is why pure crit (or lack thereof like the zariman incarnons) that just do a lot of raw damage even without statuses work better

Again if you cannot solo ask for someone to help you grind. Plenty of people will be willing to help you get railjack resources and grind intrinsics, plus if they have a good ship and if you ask nice enough they may let you pilot it :3c

It is better to admit defeat and not solo, than force solo in a stug void

(Especially since DE made the repair refills require a instrinic perk to refill mid mission meaning if you get multiple critical hall breach's end of solo run if you haven't unlocked npc's)

Once you got a good enough starting point you can go after specific things solo

Yeah join random crews or ask for help to get your ship set up. DE really didn't set the starter railjack to be solo.

They only buffed the railjack in new war since it is required to craft in main quest(main quest) and alot of softlocks/point of failures were there.
