If you're grinding for them, use Xaku or Limbo with some decent loot detection mods. Break all the crates. The crates that don't break are usually the syndicate medallions.

While you're searching for them if you get parts for a landing craft called Parallax, build it. Its air support is called Orokin Eye, setting it off in a mission basically highlights all the syndicate medallions in a 200(?)m radius. Makes hunting them down really easy. You'll get the Parallax parts while breaking the containers in Zariman missions.

To find out which relics just search in your relic console, then play the missions that drop it. It will tell you all of them

Past that, theres a bunch of ways people can progress, but braton > soma > nataruk > incarnons is the basic path i put people on. Everyone should eventually play everything to find out what they like most and works well, but theres a lot of choices and its easy to get overwhelmed trying everything, so having a couple solid recommendations to progress through has helped me boost people to sp

I do push my mentees and clan to finish their main quests up to hex before focus on mastery and weapon/frame farming, but only because at that point you can omnia fissure and youve got nataruk and access to zariman incarnons at mr14

i think 1999 bounties will be your best bet, the ones that have the techrot safe as the bounty

opening techrot safes are pretty fast if you party up with someone who farms them, so that's 100k per mission ~6 minutes

it can be doubled to 200k with chroma, if you have them

otherwise, just normal 1999 bounties will do, there'll eventually come a person/squad that opens the safes ^^

Get the dojo weapon blueprints and the blueprints from market

Go to weapons in market and filter unmastered and has blueprint

Get different blueprints for weapons, build them, then do defense missions until you master it

Make cheaper weapons (The MK1 series from market, the standard Grineer line [Hind, kraken, Karak, Grakata, etc]) and level those to 30 in one of the extra affinity survival missions on the star chart. When those are done, sell em and repeat with the Corpus series.

I also reccommend going for the Kuva weapons if you have Liches open. Getting one or two and using forma to amp them to 40 helps a lot.
