in DBD, as a survivor the objective is to do 5 out of the 7 generators on the map, open exit and escape, and killer, well, you kill people before they do the gens and escape. 3 genning is when you have a cluster of 3 generators close enough together where they are very easy to walk around and patrol all 3 at once, making it really hard if played well for the survivors because usually that only happens when there’s 1 gen left for the survivors to do

The thing is neither the game nor the wiki gives any fixed value for how much wind up speed tennokai gives. We just know they make you do heavy attacks faster. So the general consensus is if you use tennokai there's no reason to use wind up speed mods and vice versa

Immediately hit 2 and 4 to start my cooldowns, then use 1 and tap 3 to build battery to max so build redline, only hold 3 then tap 1 for small nukes, then spam 3 and tap 3 once for nukes? am i figuring that out?

On top of what crispy has said she's very versatile in terms of builds, just needs 150% str so the rest of the mods is up to you. She got free armor strip and even more priming from an augment, self sustaining automatic priming with another augment and her portal makes you very maneuverable.
