because for example if you do Loka/Perrin, swap between Red Veil (50% allied with Steel Meridian, neutral with both Loka and Perrin), and Loka (50% against Steel Meridian, neutral with Red Veil) and you can get both Loka and Perrin up as long as you have standing with Steel Meridian and then build that standing back up with Red Veil while also having no impact on either Loka or Perrin
