for leveling frames, I generally recommend hydron or SO/ESO. My preferred weapon leveling is a little different: I have an infinite-stealth ivara. Put silencers on primaries or secondaries, then clear telesto on normal with an affinity boost. Just takes one run since you can keep the 500% stealth affinity bonus going the whole way. Not as fast as some other techniques, but it's my favorite.
