Why do riven challenges never work for me? I remember doing a riven challenge by following the instructions word for word (maintain X combo multiplier for. 30s) and still nothing happened. A minute ago i tried doing another riven challenge where the objective was to kill 19 enemies on a dropship. I did the objective and was positive that i killed more than 19 however when i got back to ky orbiter and checked if the riven had revealed itself, it didn’t and said it still needed to kill 19 enemies on a dropship.

everytime you play a mission on the infested planet nodes there will be highlighted enemies you can finisher, finishing these enemies will charge up a bar, fully charging a bar reveals a symbol, repeat 3x, now you have the 3 symbols you need, but not the order, you slot the appropriate parazon mods and trial error the order (the mods are obtained through req relics which can drop from the missions), finishing the boss 3 times successfully will push the boss to a final stand which requires a levelled railjack( or a taxi )

there’s a basic rundown missing out half of the details just watch a video and pay attention

You needa farm kuva relics for the special lich mods. You needa equip 3 of said mods. You needa do the missions that are shaded red on startchart and execute the lich thingy enemies to get whispers or sth. Eventually they reveal which lich mods you need (on parazon). Your lich eventually gets grumpy and attacc. Bonk the lich (especially if sister cozz horni), and attacc. If execute fail, move mods around (and lich level up). Eventually all 3 mods are in the right place and you embarass the lich, so he flees to other planet. Then..... we're going on a trip in our favourite rocket ship! Flying thouuuuugh the sky....
