Pretty much, but he has an armor strip with his 3. If you're moving around the map a lot it might not be as useful as something like terrify or pillage but it's very nice if you're spending a lot of time in a tile and you can have multiple of these armor strip zones up if you're rotating between specific tiles like in void cascade.

I recommend the shade if you plan on using it in every mission. it's revenge mod means if you're trying to be stealthy it won't attack on sight

alright tl:dr it by default "refresh"/"reset" any active wf abilities upon death

• since decree is unique "buff" from duviri mechanic which allowed player to keep after death
• passive that work toward increase the cc per weak point kill is different - similar to galv mod work but without duration stack etc
