Because Oberon runs on radiation so U need more ability strength. As for Orthos prime exchange true steel for Galvanized or Sacrificial Steel. Btw if U put Umbral vitality with umbral intensify U can get extra health and Strength due to synergy. Btw U should also go for Orokin Vaults hunt rapidly for more powerful useful mods. As well as giving her a Beast Wars Airrazor Fashion Frame... I get attitude over only having Rank 1 Arcanes when I'm still slowly progressing in the Arcanes department...
