Okina rivens are borderline worthless for most builds since you’re probably using okina prime incarnon and the disposition on even a cc/cd riven is worse or similar to gladiator might

And to do that, you’re sacrificing several more potent mods. The riven i have for okina is a dmg/cc/cd/-eff and its effectively just an additional +100% dmg over gladiator might. There’s an open slot for attack speed that you could drop that riven into, but I imagine for okina prime, the disposition only puts the attack speed and range at like 40%/1.2

No, in my experience with it, you have to get kills with okina specifically to spawn daggers. The daggers don’t scale that well, so they’re largely primers. I generally recommend a toxin only build since it’ll let the daggers proc toxin/viral/cold with 10 stacks of cold as well
