Except for the snowflake, defringe didn't get the outline removed "cleanly", I put it on a white background to show you where we can see parts and bits of the outline

Photoshop on the desktop is an enormous app with myriad features. It gets easier to use as you become familiar with the workflow(s).

Also, "easy" is directly proportional to what you want to do with it.

You want to be an expert at image manipulation, its going to take some time and effort. Not gonna sugarcoat it. You gotta be in it to win it.

I'm genuinely curious what photoshop does when you close it. The process remains open for upwards of 5 minutes afterward and grinds even a workstation to a pathetic halt. I work with game engines, IDEs, 3D modeling software and other art apps and none of them even come close to the 30-minute system stopping power of closing photoshop. What could it possibly be doing

I just colour picked on the maroon and drew around the maroon border, so the whole background was maroon and the circle was distinguishable from the background xx

Though if youre wondering about the grainy white outline, I just went to the filters tab, and clicked the defringe option by 1 pixel. Worked a charm ❤️

Check the size of your document, i.e. dimensions and resolution. A common error is that people set the wrong unit type. 2000 pixels, OK. 2000 centimeters, probably not OK.

2000 centimeters is like 65 feet.

Because Photoshop can be used to create layouts for all sorts of output, including print. Photopea runs in a browser. It can only handle small-scale, low rez documents.

On Windows, you can install the beta and the general release so perhaps you could install the old version 22 and still have the beta for the newer functionality.

There probably is! if you dont have photoshop you can use a website called photopea, it has almost everything photoshop has, basing your experience on photoshop tools, you can imitate every detail using photopea

I'd recommend asking the fantastic people here for assistance in Photoshop tools and then following their tutorials using whatever you can! (other websites or apps that may have the feature)

On my tablet, I have to delete and upload the drivers for some reason (It used to be the same when I had a wacom)

i cant remember how its done now but there's a way to cut selected part and past it to another layer - without altering the image - that is with you put it over eachother it would look like nothing happened to the image.

however when i do CTRL +X or crl + shift + j it does cut and past in another later but it alters the image border
