1. Using the Crop Tool:

Enter the exact width and height of your image in the designated fields. You can use pixels, inches, or other measurement units.
Click OK to crop the artboard to the specified dimensions.
Both methods effectively crop your artboard to perfectly match your image size. Choose the approach that works best for you!

I think you can just use a soft edged brush and colour pick a dark brown, while setting the opacity to 40% and slightly drawing over the blue highlights

Basically, viewing this picture, the original images, the orbs on the top half of the image, above the divider, they are the original images, that are low opacity, they have these dull shadows that when I use them on a bright background, they look really dull or shadowed, so I've put them each on a black and white background so you can tell the difference.

I use them on many backgrounds and most of them bright so i need it less dull

So I've tried finding ways to remove it, and I used a tool named remove.bg

It somehow got rid of the shadows, but when I view the orbs on a dark background which I sometimes do, it comes super highlighted, which means the shadows weren't erased at all, just turned to white.

But they do indeed look good on a white background

So what I'm trying to do is find a way to slightly erase the shadow, not highlight it like remove.bg does, so it can look good on both light and dark backgrounds, where its not too dull on light backgrounds, or too bright on dull backgrounds

1. I have a picture showing these orbs, they have a transparent background, because inside the orbs are also transparent/translucent to give the image a crystal sphere effect.

2. I use them quite a lot on different backgrounds. Some they look good on, some they don't.

3. Whenever I use them on a dark background, they look cool, but in reality they have this shadow which isn't visible on dark backgrounds.

4. When I use them on light backgrounds, the shadow is very visible, it gives them a very dull look.

5. So overall, these spheres have a shadow that i dont want, because they aren't needed on dark backgrounds because they aren't visible. And they also aren't needed on a white background because it looks very dull when it's not needed to be.

6. I used a tool called remove.bg, a website, it somehow just turned the colour of the shadows white, so they look good on a light background because the white isn't visible on lighter areas.

7. But when moving them on a dark background, it comes very highlighted which looks too bright.

8. My goal? Instead of turning the shadow white so it looks good on light backgrounds but not dark, and having a shadow which isn't visible on dark backgrounds but gives a very bright look on light backgrounds, why not remove the shadow/highlight in total?

So it looks good on any background

So my goal is to just get rid of the shadows inside the spheres

Then create your own sphere image that you can control.. instead of trying to force a solution with an image that obviously isn't working for you.

You can adjust the Current Layer levels to remove shadow from a sphere as shown in the above example.

However, that said, I doubt you'll find a solution where one image works on a completely white background where the same image works on a completely black background.

On a white background, the white highlight is going to disappear.

Furthermore, you can do what @graceful summit suggested above and add a layer mask. Then paint on the mask to hide whatever pixels that you don't want to see.

and you'll find similar images, those images will tell you the keywords used.

Yeah, well, you either make things or download and use resources that someone else has made. Since you are a beginner and are struggling, you might want to go find resources to download and use.

However, even if you download Photoshop files to use, you might have difficulty working with them since they will require a certain level of knowledge.

Hence, why I suggested learning the basics.

It's not possible if you're taking that from a flat JPG.

It's just rendered as a shade of PINK when the image was saved.

But a bit of trial and error (or in my case, JUST TRIAL!) ... tells me that it's simply 50% opacity of the red above it.

yes, I think you can get a white base first. - but even then, printers still count on the white/transparency to generate the colour you want.

Otherwise a printer would need to be able to be able to pre-mix every possible colour combination in the nozzlehead, and print everything at 100% ink weight. Your tshirt would literally come out 'soggy' 🙂 and take 2 days to dry 🙂

this is what i mean. And i see what you are saying, but from what i have read online, if i have transparency, (specially a gradient from 0% to 100% color) the areas that should be transparent and show Garment color, will be white, since thats the underbase.

Your best bet is to probably share a mockup/visual of the final design you want, with the print company and see what they suggest? - They can then dictate any particular requirements regarding transparencies, whites etc.

To start drawing in Photoshop, first of all you nee to strt drawing. I know it sounds lame but you shared some screenshots, some include what seems to be vector art and some include digital painting.
Let's put things straight, and particularly in the case of digital painting, if you can't draw with a pen and paper, Photoshop won't help. Photoshop is a tool, the hard graft, the knowledge, and technical skills will all have to come from actually learning to draw. There are tons of very good courses online (including YouTube, but also lots on Domestika, or Skillshare if you want full courses). Photoshop is the right software for that, there are others of course (I would recommend Fresco, which you can have for free in a more limited version)
Now if you want to dabble in vector art (that's the examples you shared with very neat, straight lines etc. While Photoshop can certainly do that, the choice of tools is more limited than the actual workhorse that is illustrator.

You can get away without not knowing how to draw very much (I'm a living example of that) although it won't hurt. I'm still very slow doing illustrations in Adobe Illustrator because I lack the technical skills to draw. (That doesn't stop me, mind)

But you'll still need to know how to turn basic shapes into actual artwork, and that, will only come with learning how to use the software (and no amount of watching YouTube videos will help if you don't put on the work yourself)

So read the help files, learn all the tools you need, watch videos of your favourite artists (It doesn't have to be tutorials, but watching someone who knows what they are doing, helps a lot!)

Most importantly, learn from the history of art, the rules of composition, things that worked in the past and still work now. It doesn't matter if it's a computer or with a lead pencil and the back of an enveloppe.

You'll probably have to start by using the Selection Tools to get a rough selection. Then apply a Layer Mask. Then carefully paint on the mask to hide the background.

That's the kind of questions diffcult to answer... Be present on social media, including LinkedIn, present your services, prepare a portfolio with only your best work. (You can use Behnace as a portfolio, or you can get a website via Adobe Portfolio, it's included in your subscription)
Identify people in your local area, and in your wider connection who may need your services (companies, small entrepreneurs etc), Contact them through emails,
Also be professional: Provide invoices, get registered as a freelancer or somethin equivalent (as in "be legit")

My website is my portfolio. I am not in the business of earning money from ads, I am in the business of providing retouching and graphic design services to clients. If I ever added ads to my website, all my potential clients would run in droves thinking I'm a 🤡
Choose what you want to prioritise. If that's ads, that's OK, but that means your website will no longer advertise your services as a designer.

If that's what you want, then I will not be able to give you advice, as my business is on the creative side. I mean that's why I'm on the Photoshop server 🙂

The point is to get eyes from people who are in that kind of business, not everyone.
Recently, I reached out to design magazines and other websites to get featured and it worked a bit, I also make sure I engage into meaningful (meaningful is key here) conversation on LinkedIn, and my profile gets lots of views there. Because what you do essentially is position yourself as someone who knows what they are doing. But you need something very crucial first: Who are your potential clients?
You need to identify them and try to reach them where they are: On social media, but not only, but also through direct interaction.

I'd rather have 5 views on my website that leads to 5 enquiries than 1000 views where nobody gives a hoot of what I am doing (Instagram feels like that! 😂)

1. Double click on the layer that has the circle, color overlay, and use the eye dropper to color match

2. Cntrl + Alt/Option + G on the later with the square to create a clipping mask

3. Draw a circle that's red and hope it turns out okay

4. Use keybind "U" to make a circle, and fill it with red, this will be a higher quality circle since it won't be as pixelated
