Pro Tip: Instead of asking the void to do something; post what you want photoshopped. That way people can try their luck on the problem without 'commiting' to finishing the job. Lots of people aren't sure of their skills so don't want to promise something they can't deliver.
Just post what you want and it's likely someone will help, it also shows some bare minimum of effort on your part.

Steps are easy. Make a selection of the hoodie, then go to Hue/Saturations (Ctrl + U) then change it to what you want.

simple color changes are just Selection + Hue change

If you got a selection. Made a layer mask for your paint-bucketed layer. Then set the layer Blending Option to color you could color the hoodie that way

In fact if you need it to be a specific color instead of roughly that color that'd be the way to do it

No. I mean to make a geometrical transformation that takes points at distance r from a circle centre (a given point) and transforms it into a point at distance 1/r (the same angle)

so everything in a circle gets transformed out of it and vice versa

The drawing experience on the iPad Pro is excellent. I use both Ps and Procreate. Also, Adobe Fresco.

I like the iPad for portability and doing certain things. However, I really prefer the desktop apps and my Wacom for doing heavy work.

There are certain things about Procreate that are nice. The brushes are great. Smudge and blending is cool there. I don’t like their way of doing selections though. …or maybe I’m just used to how Adobe does it.

Fresco has vector art and vector brushes. Procreate is just raster layers.

I think iPad + Apple Pencil for drawing is a great option. Especially its drawing experience and portability. I tried the Surface Pro and I think iPad is nicer. Even though Surface is “real” Windows and iPad is just a mobile OS… if you’re using the iPad for Adobe’s iOS apps, its a good option. The one downside about iPad is the price. :)

I also got the Magic Keyboard for iPad which makes it like a “mini laptop” experience. It’s just expensive. :/

Ideally it would be great if they had a Discord server for each product. Unfortunately, I don't think they have the staff to manage all those communities or user interest/participation to justify building them. Maybe there is an "unofficial" Lightroom server. Have you searched Discord to check?

"Forcing it" almost never works. When you get stuck, leave it for a bit; go do something else. Take a walk. Shoot some photos. Listen to music. Maybe it will spark some inspiration. Come back to it with fresh eyes.

Who knows if Adobe really wants to be in the business of text-to-image gen. Maybe they don't. There are a lot of Open Source projects. They certainly have the resources. heh

The soft light one looks nicer. I'm not sure about the buildings though. Also the logo probably shouldn't touch both sides of the layout. There should be some padding between it and the edges of the design. Somewhat even spacing between the bottom and left/right sides... i.e. centered.

Keep practicing. The more designs/layouts you do, hopefully you'll learn more and improve.
