You can get pretty close. But its going to require painting on the layer mask to remove some of the leftover background color.

There are some stubborn parts. Also, there is like a red light cast on him which makes it a bit more tedious....

But this is why you use a Layer Mask and paint on the mask to show and hide pixels. If you make a mistake, you can go back.

Its the same as with the Spidey image. I'd use a Object Selection to start. Completely remove the background using a Layer Mask. And then "Refine Mask" to fix the hair.

It still needs a bit of work but its like 93% done. heh

The paint brush. Select the Layer Mask. Select the Brush Tool. Select Black as the foreground color and paint to hide the red pixels.

With a Layer Mask. Black hides pixels. White reveals pixels. Please watch the video I sent you. I can't sit here and explain this six times. :)

Most of the A.I. tools don't really allow any compositional control or art direction. You'll still need artists and photo-manipulation software and talented people to do it.

Sure, people without any artistic talent might be able to make things with text-to-image prompts. However, if you can't manipulate pixels, you're stuck with what the algorithm gives you.

People take multiple stock photos and smash them together to build image composites. Its no different if the "stock images" come from A.I. Its just another pixel source.

There are people doing studio work who are already using it to radically increase the speed at which they can create concept art. (And speed is really important these days.)

Basically use whichever method you like to select the green parts, then drag in a new layer... then apply a mask over the top...

then playing with the blend layer effects can get some nice results

If it were me, I'd also add a hue/saturation adjustment to make the green a light grey/white colour + a 'levels' adjustment layer so I could brighten the grey, but still keep the shadows/lines...

but that might be overcomplicating things for you

So yeah, if your going to commit a big No No. You can just use free alternatives. If the subscription cost too much for you.

Krita/blender = Adobe animate.
Shotcut = Aftereffects

They have about the same basic features but aren't as good as Adobe

For the spiral lights effect

You can try finding a greenscreen look alike, but its gonna be ugly

Or you can create them yourself using Krita/Blender

Also since you want GIF

Blender is gonna take a while to learn. So i suggest using krita. It has about the same basic features as photoshop and you can animate/create GIF there.

You should learn how to use Adobe Bridge. You can preview proprietary files there (like DNG, RAW) open them in Adobe Camera Raw and Send them to Photoshop.

Bridge comes in handy for various things. More people should use it.

TIFF supports simple layers and lossless LZW compression. Thats the advantage over [other older than dirt] formats like Targa and Windows Bitmap. Not a lot of good reasons to use any of those anymore though.

as far as i know tga is holding 16 or 32 bit images by default, and they think it makes a difference in the end product (i am speaking only about game dev) while png (unless you say is to do so) holds 8 bit. So they think it is looking better when there is no difference in screens in practice

Yeah. Mask the pedals and then do a curves adjustment layer to darken the whites, then probably desaturate the image so the brown isn't so.... brown!

Maybe Photoshop Mix on Droid. Although, depending on the .psd file you're trying to open, it may not work.

Unfortunately, there isn't really any native Android app that is going to give you the same editing capabilities as Photoshop Desktop or Ps for iPad.

There are Photoshop Fix, Photoshop Mix and Photoshop Express on Droid but still, they are very different experiences (than Photoshop).
