Here's a quick, half-baked skin concept that I thought about for like 5 seconds and whipped up while falling in and out of sleep. I feel like a Texas Longhorn skin would've been much more fitting on an animal with horns as opposed to a tall animal with very little resemblence to a cow.

I'd say practice with a few normal skins in here, see what works and what doesn't. Then find a mod that might be looking for some more skins and ask if they need any you could help with. They'll then apply them to a 3D model and package them into the game. In terms of how to find a mod that you could make them for, Isle of Asylum (#747637386602872994) and Skin Revolution (#747639574808887439) are I believe both looking for some. Asking around in #modding is also a great way to maybe find some smaller mods that could use a hand. If you can do more than just make concepts, that's always good, since people who can texture and apply the skins to 3D models tend to be less common than people who only make 2D art for the skins. Bear in mind that modders might have an idea of what skins they want already, or don't need any more, so if they say they're good, then just try another place.

Had this idea in my head over the past few days of making a lambeo skin that's based around a blanket appaloosa, so I finally got off my butt and made a concept for it!

'Wanuni' means freckled in my tribe's language, so I found it appropriate for the name.

I had a ton of fun making it too.

Use the magic wand thing to select outside, then press the invert button
(It selects everything inside so its very easy to color in the lines)

I fixed the Ornate Deinonychus' shade of yellow on his open areas of skin, I desaturated and changed the hue very slightly to give it a more natural look

Also I did change it, it is just a very subtle difference in color
