Variation amongst snakes is normal, blue isn't a stretch as it is a naturally occurring genetic mutation. It hasn't been documented in timber rattlesnakes specifically, but you can still keep the same general colors/patterns while incorporating blue

iPad, I believe Procreate is Apple exclusive? But I’m pretty sure ibis is on all mobile devices.

For pc I use to use FireAlpaca and MediBang, both are great and FA has an animation feature.
