Performance: This is my CQB build for QQ9. Swift ADS speed, good BSA, slightly better hipfire with Flash Guard and quick reloads(which can be life saving). If you have trouble controlling the vertical recoil, you could replace Tactical Foregrip A with Strike Foregrip. If you are not confident in the 30 round magazine size, u could run 45 round extended mag, but you'd have to play a little more passive. This is my QQ9 SND build. I hope you like it.

The Stippled Grip Tape allows for a faster ADS time by + 5.0 and a lower STF delay for only - 12.0 BSA. Don’t worry, because the YKM Flash Guard has a + 11.5 increase as well as extra hip fire accuracy. OWC Laser - Tactical has + 8.0 ADS speed and + 9.4 BSA. The only reduction of the YKM Flash Guard is that it has - 15.0 range, which is offset by the MIP Extended Light Barrel which allows for + 7.5 extra BSA and + 20.0 range which allows for this gun to have extra accuracy by a metric frick ton, increased ADS time by + 3.0, reduced recoil, and farther range by + 5.0. This also has a fire rate of the PDW and does 25 damage with a 50 mag and drops off at 20 meters, which becomes a 5 shot. Above average range considering the immense drop off of most LMGs. This is just overall a very good loadout for a balanced gun that's not bad or meta. I highly recommend using this in pubs or ranked dom if you just feel sick of meta weapons.
