The AS VAL can kill in 3-4 shots. It's a 4 shot to arms, legs and waist. It's a 3 shot to chest and head. (Also a 3 shot if you land 2 chest/headshots and 1 arm/waist/leg shot) In other words, the AS VAL has the dame body damage multipliers as the DR-H. The most bullets you can get for the AS VAL is 30. So you'll run out of ammo fast because it has crazy fast firerate. So the AS VAL is basically just a better DR-H

Good news everyone!
The AS VAL will not be OP, and will be a weapon that cannot be camped with.
This is because it's the only gun with bullet velocity drop off. And literally every other gun in the game doesn't have that, so you're bound to lose the camp fights. Plus the AS VAL has both ADS bullet spread accuracy and bullet velocity. So you basically have no chance to win long range fights at all especially with that camera shake that can't be reduced.

So even though it fires super fast and takes around 4 shots to kill consistently, the bullet velocity makes it impossible to get the damage based TTK of 225ms and 300ms. Instead, you will always get the realistic TTK of 258ms, 308ms and 500ms. Not only that, but for longer ranges, you have to aim farther in front of your enemy to lead your shots, because it takes 200ms for the bullet to even reach it's destination after 39 meters.

Overrall mobility wise, it has average AR mobility. Nothing crazy.

There is a barrel that increases the bullet velocity by 20%, but that doesn't help so much to the point where the gun is suddenly OP. Just a bit more usable at mid range

Very nice weapon balancing, CODM. Very nice.

Though if y'all live far from the servers and suffer from heavy desync, this gun would feel as if it doubled that amount of desync when shooting someone.
