It depends.. controlling the sniper sight is not so hard if you are already good to control other weapons. It’s zoomed but it doesn’t take long. I think to be able to get good at sniper you gotta master the movements switching mele/gun continuously and learning to slide while positioning crosshairs on a moving target. At least for me, sometime I press wrong buttons!!!

An other thing is about map awareness and control. This is about all the weapons but specially with the sniper you need to watch and understand the mini-map and the respawns.

After the flinch nerf I think xm4 lost it but more or less the guns are on same level. I use the 50 stanag and the field tape. So just little more time to reload and to open ads. Ram7 kills faster and next season it’s even getting a little buff.

If you wanna take it slow and consistently first try 3 finge claw setup.Master it and then go to 4 and above if you want.However I would recommend directly switching from 2 to 4.It will be hard and a bit painful at first but it's much quicker and you're gonna get used to it much sooner

From elite hostiles & bosses. Any NPC that drops a crate after you kill them has the potential to carry weapon recipes in their crates. I've heard of them also being found in random containers, but elite hostiles are more reliable it seems. RNG means no guarantees though.

Kui Ji, Wheelson, and Nikto have the ultra recipes (they could also have mythic recipes). Lower level elite hostiles like ninjas and such, they only ever have mythic recipes.

Some recipes can only be earned through completing faction missions.
