The issue with A/C is that you cannot hold both flags as long as you can hold either + B. By principle, capping B requires, well, what the name of the game is - domination. For any team to cap B, it is quite literally mandatory to get the map control advantage

But B is usually very congested and opponents know where we are coming from right? So if I somehow sneak near C...why is it a bad idea?

If opponents spawn B - not only do they have this advantage, they don't need too much effort to cap either home flag as the numbers would be too thin for that. You can't gamble which flag the enemy will resort to for their 2nd obj farm

Thus, the more common strategy is to place pressure on the enemy flag to thin their numbers in B
