Yes you can use the heartbeat sensor, but it's nerfed now and it's not good in all situations, like a mid to long range counter or someone with ghost perk. It's good for close range indeed

I have the lycorys collab heartbeat sensor and used it a lot two seasons ago, but I haven't used it in a while because I hold angles with mid to long range guns more and heartbeat sensor is of no use in that range. Currently 4x scope swordfish with vmp through overkill wildcard is my fav for SnD, and that loadout also has ghost and silence perks
