Aim at the ground until you've got a good sense of timing, then start working on aiming for headshots. M21 EBR is a great way to train your headshot aim, as you can quickly follow up with a body shot to finish the kill if you miss

NA-45 behaves more like C4 since they both require two steps to kill.
You only need to hardscope and/or near the enemies to get kills. If you're feeling lucky, it takes one shot to kill in the head.

Nuketown has a lot of exclusive NA-45 spots, Highrise lets you get headshot practice on practically stationary targets as they leave the blue hallway, or you can go up to the top level to get easy floor shots. Hijacked has lots of good spots that let you take out common camper spots with explosions. For gamemodes I recommend Domination and Frontline.
