Hello (Player KoR-dragon) has a low team and high arena points. Whenever I go to battle him it sends me straight to bastion screen with 2 error messages. he was at 100,000 points yesterday and today he is at 200,000 I have screen shots and video. I have tried everything from restart to playing on my computer. Tried it on auto vs non auto nothing has worked. I have also had said player at the least 4 times on my list and cannot clear it because he keeps popping up not able to play and his points still racking up due to error. I have spent at least 13 tokens trying to beat this guy and everytime it ends in an error. Thank you for your time.

Sending multiple unban requests won't help you either, it will only load us (and support) with more work so potentially delay yours and other players similar cases.

Hi, what you are describing sound like an issue with the connection between your internet provider and plariums servers.
Reason why we recommend using a VPN is cause this type of issues is usually temporary and by using a VPN you bypass any type of limitations that are in place between you and the game servers.
It is not something Plarium can fix for you, since they have no control on your internet provider.
Also please next time use #bug-reports , this channel is for reporting chat related problems.

means that you were banned for inappropriate language and you will not be unbanned before the expiration of the ban period.
Also for the future, keep in mind that you cannot request unban if the reson is other than spam.

don't want to sound bad but if 2 support agents have denied your request i am pretty sure it was not just a word. Maybe you should read ToS (Terms of Services) or read it again in case you did that already.

try to close the game and clear cache, you have no chat limitations so you should be able to chat in any channels

That looks like a permanent chat ban issued by support based on chat history/reported behavior.

Can try ingame ticket ban appeal and attempt to sort out what happened and get it reversed. Good luck.
