I can likely earn the lowest tier on normal in a few weeks to a month.
Desired Clan Qualities: Taking down brutal and nightmare. Pref unm, nm and brutal. I would prefer to win cvcs but, I lack the books to make a dent.
CvC Score: The one that just happened I had 143k, but that was with books and I pulled a 6 star mythical soul (60k points). So if I was to give an avg it would be around 30-50k without books, and 60-90k with books if saved for a personal rewards.

All you've said in your previous post is "active level 60 player looking for a clan" That says next to nothing about your account. So how would a clan looking for a player know what your account looks like before messaging you? Follow the instructions constantly posted by Medame Serris and atleast follow that prompt. Of course there's other places to get them from but again as a newbie they're out of your reach. It's an impossible task for you I'm afraid.

No, sadly this is the reality of things nowadays. People who bring little to nothing to the table expect so much. Our clan that places in most clashes and is tier 7 with 33 siege victories wasn't good enough for somebody who would be at best the 8th best player in our clan because we aren't in top 100. Said player was f2p and put up about 10B in each clash yet wanted a top 100 clan....

Correctly stated by Pixels is the the problem. FTP's expectation verses contribution to the clan is the problem. Time in alone does not equal advantage to the clan. Somewhere somehow the game developers need to be paid for their work. Creating new content regularly tokeep this game fresh requires energy and effort by someone other than the FTP'S. those folks need to be paid. This game does not even have a front end buy in yet you FTP's expect to be entertained at someone elses expense.

Warning for decent clans on this player. Our experience has been selfish & drama non stop. But above that cashes his rewards in for personal tournaments and non PR CVC especially where the clan have helped him get champs as a high level clan we took him in etc. when trying to point this out or discuss he flounces off in a temper instead of accepting feedback.

I don't know you both, but apart from clan hopping to troll being irritating for clans, most players are in it for rewards. You can't be mad about some players not being loyal after putting time to help them. At the end of the day it's just a game.
So I would say, you either conduct your clan in tryhard mode (kick if points not good enough) or in friendly mode. In friendly mode, you can't expect players to deliver, actually, if some luckluster player leaves by themselves, it's a win 😄
