If I wasn't so concerned with her outrunning buffs and getting ram's, it's one of the arguements for best in slot relic for Senna. She attacks core a LOT, 2 out of 3 turns in her rotation, and her revive also sees her attack. That extra attack she does is also feeding turn meter into her allies by nature of her passive.

Kinagashi has another skill that just so happens to be an ally attack.

He doesn't attack as part of his ally attack, and then has to go into another turn to use his other ability. If you disable that one, it's stock rises, but it isn't getting the extra Mikage-Esque value.
