No. The true og was one shot sessions that were done on the fly, entertaining but simple. Not quite peak, but almost always fun. The golden days have yet to be matched. People found a new player, a new map, a new world ruleset, or a new method of hosting weekly, and we'd never get bored, until Manneva took over, which literally was the downfall of the game. It started off as this huge world map, a medieval three races, over a dozen climates and as many as a dozen players, all with unique playstyles. It was the most interactive discord experience i'd ever had. Over time, we progressed through technology levels, having world wars and smaller skirmishes all over until world war one era vehicles came out, leading us into a world war, and then a cold war. tensions rose, nukes were developed, air supremacy was fought over and eventually gained (by me), and then finally we had a small war break out, which i joined, trying to help. It was a trap, I got fucking bullied in the channels by none other than honey bee, and i ended up nuking the world, ending the map war and the entire genre with it (Manneva was the last good map war in that slow decline). Any other remnants of good map wars died soon after, and that's how I finished off the dying game room.

Sorry for wall of text...

They blame me for ending game room but by then all of the hosts had stopped their good map wars or left, leaving Manneva to be the only one left.

Which it in itself was kinda bullshit by then too.

I have no idea how I came across this but you're slightly lost in your delusion
game room is still thriving with new mws like twovos internal mw and kleznams suezrein mw. I'm having fun with hosting RPG2 (not nonsense RPG, although you probably wouldn't like it), and me and Nekcrop are going to host a mw at some point in the near future. You did not kill game room, and while I am not a peak host, or even a good host, popular consensus is that I'm doing much better hosting RPG1/RPG2 then I ever did hosting MW2, which was probably the worst project I've ever worked on. Take one glance at that piece of shit and you'll instantly realize it's the most scuffed thing I've ever pushed out, people just liked my early mws because at the time I was the only host that actively pushed players towards success rather then failure; which makes them think I was fairer when we were all fair just in a diferent way. Blumi, Twovo, Qevie, BOW all host better mws then me, and a couple of these mws still exist.
If you want to play a good mw I suggest joining Twovos internal mw
