1. Check the armybox patch notes There's a fix for that in the armybox update. I dunno if the update is out on iOS, but if not just turn off the world law for now.
2. You mean rebellions? You can turn that off in world laws. Or it could be the shattered crown culture trait that divides a kingdom when a king dies

Thank goodness it doesn't seem broken, before this update turning the world law on would allow villages to steal tiles from each other even if they weren't at war, or even if they were in the same kingdom. Which resulted in villages like this.

there isnt a proper modloader for mobile, so it's impossible right now, and modding mobile games in general is much more difficult than pc due to android's inherent security measures and lack of proper access to game files without rooting
